These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jay9999 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at jay9999.app. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service provided by jay9999 — including but not limited to placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, or claiming bonuses — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration & Security

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time, including submitting forged or altered identity documents.
• Money Laundering: Using the jay9999 platform to launder funds derived from criminal activity, or to otherwise circumvent anti-money laundering (AML) controls. jay9999 maintains a strict AML policy and reports suspicious activity in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Collusion and Cheating: Colluding with other players, using automated bots or software, exploiting software errors or glitches, or otherwise gaining an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or play as a person under the age of 18, or facilitating underage access to the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile financial service provider in bad faith, particularly where no genuine dispute exists. Chargebacks constitute a material breach of these Terms.
• Abuse of Staff: Using threatening, abusive, or offensive language toward jay9999 customer support agents or any other person associated with the platform.
• Unauthorised Commercial Use: Using the jay9999 platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent, including but not limited to operating an agency betting service, reselling account access, or scraping odds data.

jay9999 monitors platform activity on a continuous basis using automated and manual controls. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be actioned promptly and without prior warning.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their jay9999 account at any time by contacting the customer support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance at the time of closure that exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by jay9999

jay9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.

• The player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute against jay9999.

Where an account is closed by jay9999 due to a breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining on the account. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any eligible balance will be returned to the player.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

8. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Where applicable law does not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or liability for certain categories of damage, the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts. Nothing in these Terms shall limit any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
